Waterside Lodge

Directly overlooking the West Lyn River, a beautiful two bedroom lodge sleeping up to 4 people. To add a bit of luxury to your holiday the lodge includes a hot tub with dressing gown & slippers so you can kick back and enjoy the hot bubbles in the beauty of Exmoor National Park with the River flowing by. Accommodation comprises an open plan living room and kitchen/diner with dishwasher & large fridge/freezer, one double bedroom with ensuite shower room, one twin bedroom, living room with freesat TV, a family shower room, free WiFi and gas central heating. There is one car parking space reserved for guests. Dogs are welcome in this unit. This unit has access to the River for fishing (at your own risk. Valley Vista

Valley Vista is a beautiful two bedroom lodge, sleeping 4 people, which has lovely views over National Trust woodland. In May 2024, Valley Vista underwent a full kitchen renovation and now includes a dishwasher, fridge/freezer & microwave. The kitchen is also fully equipped with saucepans, ovenware, pyrex dishes, plates, mugs, glassware, cutlery etc. The kitchen is open plan to the living/dining area with new sofas, a smart TV & DVD player. The lodge has two bedrooms. Master bedroom with double bed and the second bedroom with two single beds. There is also a shower room with washbasin & WC. Valley Vista has a lovely balcony with table and chairs where you can watch the wildlife within Exmoor National Park. Park View Apartment

Our two bedroom apartment sleeps up to 4 people. Open plan living room/dining/kitchen area, one double bedroom, one twin bedroom and a family bathroom with shower over the bath. This unit is great value as the price includes linen, towels, free WiFi and full gas central heating. There is a small patio area with table and chairs and one parking space reserved for guests.
